This Vienna hotel is in the Alsergrund neighborhood in a 19th-century palace. Votivkirche, the Sigmund Freud Museum, and the University of Vienna are within one-half kilometer. Most of Vienna's famous sights and shopping streets are a short walking distance from the hotel or can be reached very easily by taking the nearby metro station.

The Hotel Regina includes a bar/lounge, a coffee shop/café, and the lovely Restaurant Roth, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner while providing views of the city and al fresco dining in the summer. Guests are served a rich breakfast buffet with hot and cold items each morning. Room service is available during limited hours. Laundry facilities, luggage storage, and a public underground garage with special rates for guests are available. "BEST STAY IN VIENNA"
WE ARRIVED ON THE WARMEST DAY IN AUGUST AND WERE ASSIGNED A ROOM WITHOUT AC. WHEN WE ASKED IF WE COULD SWITCH TO A ROOM WITH AC THE STAFF DID THIS QUICKLY. "excellent choice for affordable hotel in Vienna"
without a doubt I would stay at this hotel again. is it a modern hotel? no, but who wants modern when you can stay in a hotel with character but have modern convienience. (i.e wireless internet , tv and refrigerator in your room). the rooms look to have been recently renovated and have appropriate period furniture that fits nicely into the overall atmosphere […] of the hotel. the rooms are a bit small but who needs a lot of size when you spend most of the day and night visiting the sights of the city. the room and bathroom were very clean and in great repair. the buffet breakfast was wonderful, a real bountiful hot and cold buffet. the location is not exaggerated as it is actually less than a five minute walk to the metro station, maybe even a 2 minute walk. it is actually in walking distance to the center of the inner city. it is right on the ring next to the most beatiful Votiv Church which I think may actually be my favorite in Vienna. we also were allowed to check in early as one of our rooms was available. the staff was very helpful and nice. planning on visiting Vienna in the spring again and will definitely check to see if the Hotel Regina has rooms available. "Klassisk, intimt hotell nær Wiens severdigheter"
Vi oppholdt oss på hotellet noen dager i mars i forbindelse med en skoletur. Hotellet har tradisjoner tilbake til slutten av 1800-tallet, og interiøret er elegant, klassisk og godt vedlikeholdt. Personalet var hyggelig og serviceinnstilt, og det var ingenting å utsette på renholdet, verken i fellesarealet eller på rommet. Badet til rommet var flislagt […] og holdt god standard. Kan kanskje pirke på at det var badekar istedenfor dusjkabinett (men dette varierer fra rom til rom) og at temperaturen på vannet var noe ustabilt. Rommet var lyst og trivelig, med komfortable senger. Vi bodde i fjerde etasje, og hadde god utsikt utover Votivsparken og Rooseveltplatz. Selv om hotellet ligger ved relativt travle bygater, var det lite støy - og vinduene var nye og godt lydisolerte. Beliggenheten er et godt utgangspunkt til Wien's severdigheter, og om man ikke ønsker å gå (noe som er mulig siden den historiske bykjernen er kompakt, og hotellet ligger like i utkanten av denne) ligger stopp for offentlig transport i form av t-bane og trikk bare et steinkast unna hotellets hovedinngang. 計７日間の滞在でした。 はじめは素晴らしく眺めの良い広いへやでバスタブもあり最高でしたよ。 しかしザルツブルグからもどると、おなじ料金なのになぜか！！！！！屋根裏部屋、、、恐ろしく狭い窓のないへやでした。 交渉の末なんとかまあ眺めの良い部屋にかわりましたがお風呂のとが壊れててまた引っ越し 屋根裏でなければすばらしくおすすめのほてるです。 でもどうして一緒の料金なの？？？？？Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Små rom, gammeldags nøkkel m.m"
Likte meg ikke på dette hotellet.. Var altfor små rom, vi var 4 som reiste å hadde booket gjennom denne siden. Havnet i forskjellige etasjer alle mann med forskjell på rommene og fikk kun 1 røykerom som vi hadde bedt om. Das Hotel Regina liegt sehr günstig nur wenige Minuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Zum Stephansdom läuft man ca. 20 Minuten., so dass sich die Innenstadt von Wien hervorragend erlaufen lässt.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
