"Overcharged and still got the wrong room!"
I booked this hotel because it was close to the main train station. I reserved the triple room because we had three adults staying. The first night they apparently had already rented the triple and gave us a doulbe with a rollaway bed. I could have lived with that, but they still overcharged us on the triple room price! The hotel was quite nice. Check in was easy, parking is only 10 euro a day and right across the street. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived about 3 hours early and our room was ready and exactly what we expected. When we made our reservation, we requested a garden room for 3, and the beds were set up and ready. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the cot, which was a mattress on solid frame. The pillows were very soft, so if you require a firm pillow, bring your own. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was great, much better than expected, and very comfortable. Booked a room for 3 people. Our beds were all touching as the room was somewhat small. Microwave, fridge, sink, and stove were all available to use in room. Very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Little to say really - the hotel itself is done out very nicely, looking impressive both outside and inside. The staff were all incredibly friendly and desperate to make a good impression. Only minuscule problems really: the lift wasn't working on the first night but it really wasn't an issue - it shouldn't be too difficult to climb a few stairs and […] help with luggage was offered too. Also the rooms weren't air-conditioned which made for some rather warm nights when it was hot outside (a tip though, don't think leaving your street-facing window open would be a good idea - it's a hell of a busy street that's pretty noisy! Trevligt hotell en kort promenad från Münchens centralstation, och inom gångavstånd till Marienplatz. Stort och fint rum, med hyfsat stort badrum. Internet ingick i rumspriset och fungerade utan problem. Frukosten kostade tio euro och var okej, men inte magisk.
