"Nice Hotel but Bad Restaurant"
We had a pleasant stay bat this hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant. It was advertised as being open until 10pm. We started our meal at 9.15pm and decided to have a desert. We were refused because it was 10.02pm. This has never happened to use before in a restaurant and it has to rank as one of the worst attitudes to customers I have ever encountered.
