"Altbacken und dringend renovierungsbedürftig!"
Dieses Hotel war eine einzige Enttäuschung! Wir konnten folgende Mängel feststellen: Starker Rauchgeruch im Nichtraucherzimmer, Verschmutzungen an der Wand, Flecken auf dem Teppichboden, Inventar abgenutzt, Nachttischlampe mit Heißkleber geflickt, Minibar nicht verhanden bzw. zugeschraubt, Schimmelansatz am Wasserhahn (Drehknopffuge war nur auf der […] Sichtseite gereinigt) und zusätzlich ein abstoßender, muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer, der auch durch intensives Lüften nicht verschwand. Die Einrichtung ist von vor 30 Jahren, sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet ging in Ordnung, wenn auch das Personal nur wenig motiviert und unaufmerksam war. Einige Produkte des Buffets wurden einfach nicht nachgefüllt bzw. musste das Personal hierauf aufmerksam gemacht werden. Alles in allem kann von diesem Hotel nur abgeraten werden! Unglaublich, dass sowas überhaupt noch läuft. Aber anscheinend ist man im touristenüberfluteten Würzburg nicht darauf angewiesen den Gästen einen angemessenen Aufenthalt zu bieten. "Zentrale Lage am Mainufer"
Nur wenige hundert Meter zur alten Fußgängerbrücke, die über den Main in die Altstadt Würzburgs führt. Gutes 3*-Hotel mit gewohntem Standard und erstklassigem 4*-Frühstücksbuffet. Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer für den mitgebrachten Sekt. Mit entsprechendem Sonderpreis hat es uns doppelt gut gefallen.
