This is not a great hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The rooms are small, the bathroom was cleaned to quickly, and the hotel staff are not polite, rather curt and dismissive. Consider this hotel only for its convenient location and keep it to a minimum stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Poor value for the money. Cheap amenities and conditions."
The most irritating problem was that we could not sleep because it was ridiculously hot in our room and the cheap hotel didn't bother to turn on the A/C despite the unseasonably warm weather. It was unbearable and we didn't sleep more than an hour. There was mold in the shower and all over the cheap shower curtain which based on its low cost could […] probably be replaced once a month. We seemed to inconvenience the front desk person by asking to check in. No one offered the restuarant, bar, no deatils were provided. No assistance was offered. We were exhausted after a long trip and when I called the front desk to ask for my friend's room number, it was clear that he was disgusted by the fact that I'd forgotten 10 minutes later. Rude. There was no shampoo. It was the crappy soap that you're supposed to wash your hair, body and condition with all in one. I'm used to being ripped off by the convenience factor of staying right by an airport, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of by NH. Unhelpful and haughty staff! The young man at reception would not even confirm my flight for the next morning. The brochure sttaes that there are healthj club facilities, but it does NOT mention that one must pay an additional 9 Euro to use them--unheard of in such a hotel! This is deceptive, in my view. The telephone was inoperable, and a maintenance […] man did not come to repair it until more than two hours after I had reported. Additionally, this hotel would not permit use of telephone cards. For these two reasons, I had to go to the airport to use a coin telephone to use my card to call my husband.. VERY disappointing hotel! It clearly does not merit a four-star rating. I was warned that the hotel is really bad and the rating is overstated, but the convenience of the location next to the airport outweighed my choice. The conclusion: its terrible! Rooms are dirty, badly maintained and truly outdated. The sound proofing is probably the thing that annoyed me the most. We booked this hotel just because of the location. Meant to be a relaxing way to end a tour, it was dissappointing. We were unable to eat in the a la carte restaurant because a waiter did not feel like moving some table, though the restaurant was less than half full. "CONVENIENCE"
We requested early check in after flying in to Vienna from Paris and arriving at 10am. We were told that we could not have a room until 3 pm unless we wanted to pay 90 Euros more. Reason: all rooms were full !!!!! Funny how 90 Euros more would have freed up a room early. But the worst of it was the clerk's attitude. She was very cold and uncaring! After […] we sat down for awhile to "cool down" we again approached the registration desk and the male clerk was very nice and put our bags in storage. When we came back in the early evening the duty clerk upgraded our room for our inconvenience. So, I think it really was a matter of the initial female clerk's non chalent, no concern attitude that was so upsetting.
