Local and international dishes made using fresh and seasonal products from the local markets are served here. The sushi chef also invites guests on a journey of delicious Japanese specialties. The hotel is home to a cozy lounge and a large terrace during the summer.

100% Empfehlung! Zu Fuß waren wir in ca. 15 Min in der Innenstadt. Ein großes Lob an das Team des Hyatt Düsseldorf: Während unseres Aufenthaltes glänzten alle Mitarbeiter durch Kompetenz und Professionalität ohne dabei unpersönlich zu werden. Das spricht für ein stringentes Management und für jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Während des Karnevals in Düsseldorf […] ist das schon ein Kunststück. Chapeau! Die Ausstattung entsprach unserem persönlichen Geschmack als Paar zwischen 40-50J: Interessante Beleuchtungskonzepte und viel Naturstein, sowohl schwarzer Marmor als auch Granit, kombiniert mit modernen Designmöbeln und Holzobjekten. Das Spa und die sanitären Anlagen sowohl im öffentlichen Bereich als auch in den Hotelzimmern waren neu, 1 A sauber, ein Traum und deutlich über dem Niveau anderer 5* Häuser, die wir kennen. Das Zimmerdesign ist intelligent, praktisch und langweilt nicht mit der üblichern Aufteilung. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und durchdacht. Winzige Abstriche im Barbereich, der etwas lang für unsere Sandwichs brauchte, die insgesamt etwas großzügiger hätten ausfallen können. Aber das ist eher eine Marginalie. Unbedingt buchen :-)!
