Lovely hotel but lobby disappointing. Room allocated was on 27th floor with no Wi Fi so asked to move. Ended up with room behind lift which was spacious but noisy so disappointed given cost. "Good location"
Very good location next to bahnhof and short walk to Ulster and City centre. Good size room but apart from hanging space, no cupboards, drawers or shelves, had to live out of suitcases. Very small bathroom (shower, no tub) and no surface area for toiletries. One small towel rail for hand towels, bath towels etc hung over shower door. Poor room service, […] used items such as teabags, face cloths etc not replenished and in spite of complaining on first morning, had to ask every day. "Rooms need dusting"
The room needed a good dusting - that's the problem with wooden floors and shiney surfaces. Also when I called down for some milk for my tea I got an engineer arriving to fix a coffee machine but we didn't have a coffee machine and never did get any milk. "100% satisfaction"
The hotel advertises a 100% satisfaction scheme, but their service did not live up to that high standard. MInibar was empty upon arrival and was not refilled during 3 nights, room service slow first time, second time not good, cutlery missing etc. and apple tart not cooked properly. Toilet paper rolls although almost empty, not replaced and no spare […] rolls. Everytime had to remind them. Rooms are so modern, all design but not pratical....hardly any draws to store clothes. However, location is great and we had a wonderful view from 23rd floor after having paid an upgrade to a Business room. Unsere Kunden konnten uns nicht auf dem Funktelefon erreichen und wir konnten in der "Business class" […] auch nicht anrufen. Sie haben einfach keine Funkverbidung. The hotel is serving mostly to the business travellers since there is Congress Center nearby. But it is confortable for short stay. The noise isolation is poor. There was an event/party on the roof floor so I couldn't sleep until 3:00 am.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Fin beliggenhed, let parkering i p-kælder og generelt fin service. Vi boede på et business class-værelse, hvilket der ikke var meget ekstra værdi i. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und angenehm sachlich gestylt. Gut ist der Holzfußboden, allerdings fehlt eine ausreichende Schallisolierung. Deshalb war das Zimmer leider nicht ruhig.
