"Very good service"
The hotel was in a good location and near to all main amenities, especially the O2 Hamberg. The service was friendly and professional and the room was of a good standard.The only negative point was that if you wished to park in the hotel grounds there was a 12 euro daily charge.Also lots of TV channels but no English.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel, a little far from the town center"
The hotel was great, what you expect from a Mercure. To reach downtown takes about half an hour on the bus, that's the less convenient thing if you are visiting Hamburg as a tourist. "Dated, but well mainted"
My husband and I recently stayed here for a night while in Hamburg for a family event. The hotel is a bit older, but is clean and well maintained. It's on a main thoroughfare and not really close to cafes, etc. so take the breakfast at the hotel, even if it's a bit pricey. Wireless internet is available for a fee, but reception is not particularly great […] at the back of the hotel. We didn't try the pool or spa at all. "Suburban but it works"
The hotel is on a main road with no charm but, having asked in advance for a quiet room, we got a big twin room at the back looking out on private gardens which was very peaceful. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, there is a good seven-day cafe just down the road. "fint beliggenhed i forhold til 02 arena"
Hotellets tætte beliggenhed i forhold til Arena/02 var grunden til at vi valgte hotellet. Og det må vi sige fungerede fint, både gåturen derover og om aften tilbage til hotellet. Wir hatten nur Übernachtung gebucht und waren auch nur zum schlafen im Hotel. Haben ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten bekommen, selbst da musste man allerdings zum schlafen das Fenster zu machen da der Straßenlärm enorm war.Fußweg zur S-Bahn ca. 10 Min. Zum Bus 50 m. "Hamburg Kurztrip"
Für unseren Musical Besuch war dieses Hotel genau die richtige Wahl. Wir erreichten nach ca. 10 min Fußweg die S Bahnhaltestelle und waren von dort aus 10 min an der Neuen Flora. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal welches auch gerne Tips für den Hamburg Besuch gibt. Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich hier gibt es nix zu beanstanden. Einzig das Badezimmer […] war etwas "abgenutzt" aber auch sauber. Ein sehr umfrangreiches Frühstückbuffet erwartete uns am nächsten Tag. Das Hotel hat ein günstige Lage, die Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle ins Zentrum sowie zur O2 Arena oder zum Imtech-Stadion waren jeweils nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Hotel waren wir im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden, das Zimmer und Bad war sauber. Es gab ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es steht ein PC sowie ein […] Drucker an der Rezeption zu freien Verfügung bereit. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war der muffige Geruch, der wahrscheinlich durch den durchgehenden Teppichboden in Flur und im Zimmer entsteht.
