"ikke helt som forventet"
Hotellet er ikke et 5 stjerners hotel. Beklager, men der var for mange småfejl som trækker ned. Manglende gæstepc, købte en gang tortilla snacks ( faktisk var det tacos skaller) som serveredes med Thai chilisauce og det smagte ikke godt. Deres spatilbud levede ikke op til forventninger, eftersom man skulle bestille tid i receptionen og med en dags varsel. […] Udfra reklamen får man det indtryk, at spa og wellness er åbent hver dag 10-22. men sådan er det ikke. Hotelværelset manglede en kogekedel´og te/kaffe. Morgenmad var ordinær og kedelig. Første dag manglede der spiseskeer og skåle til havregryn osv. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt, fik en gang rygmassage, hvilket var rigtig godt. Gode transportforhold - bus lige ved døren. Dejligt fredelige omgivelser.
