Featuring a bold, modern design, this hotel is connected to Terminal 1 of the Frankfurt International Airport by a glass-enclosed pedestrian bridge. The property holds proximity to European Bank Central and Lufthansa Flight Training Center as well as Commerzbank-Arena (also known as Waldstadion), which is 5.5 km from the hotel, and downtown Frankfurt, which is about 10 km (6 mi) away, accessible by a frequent shuttle.
Hotel Features.
A frequent shuttle bus connects the hotel to the city center. Wireless internet access is available for free to guests in the lobby. A fitness center, open around the clock, features cardio equipment with individual LCD TVs. A sauna is also on site. The Sheraton also has two restaurants and two lounges. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Business facilities include a meeting space with 60 banquet rooms, 24-hour business center, audio-visual equipment, Internet point, and – most notably – the innovative, two-story SkyLoft. "The QUEUE"
A Dramatic inconvenience.Normally I would imagine the hotel would be quite pleasant but I arrived behind the cancellation of some Algerian flights and the Queue was without any exag eration over 250 people long stretchng thoughout the long entry way. While I could pass this off as an odd occurance a hotel staffer told me this was not uncommon so be […] careful. "At least you are close to the airport!"
Both the room and the public areas have very poor ventilation. Corridors smell of carpet odors and recently painted surfaces. Restaurants are very far away, the hotel Bavarian Style restaurant is within the hotel but is buried in a lower level quiet some distance from the lobby. The room refrigerator was inopeable. We are a large hotel with 1.008 guest rooms and 60 conference rooms and there is a bit of walking to do to get from one place to the other, depending on what room you get. I would say it does not take more than 3-4 minutes to get to the restaurants from the guest rooms. I am sorry that you did not feel entirely comfortable. I hope you will consider staying with us again.

For longer usage we offer Internet packages for one hour, three hours or an entire day. The prices are reasonable compared to our competitors. There is also a smaller breakfast available at our café in the lobby for those who only need a quick refreshment in the morning (costs only EUR 8,50). We hope you will give us a second chance and will visit us soon again.

"A Convenient albeit disappointing Hotel Stay"
The hotel was conveniently located. The front desk staff was not helpful and in some cases lacked knowledge regarding access to luggage buggies. A new employee who was asking many questions of the other staff members was more helpful. The concierge was more service oriented. The restaurant food was very poor and the waiter pompous and patronising. The […] hotel looked tired and definitely in need of a renovation. "Sheraton-Frankfurt Airport"
Room was not ready and I had prepaid for it and it was 5:30pm. They told me room would be ready in 30 minutes and gave me a comp drink at the bar. Told me they would bring me the key at the bar in 30 mins. almost an hour later i had to pick up the key at the front desk. they completely forgot about me. "出来れば泊まりたくない"
