hotel is ideally located and all staff were friendly and helpful. my one criticism is apparently a critique on hotels in europe in general i am told by... friends, but AC was not as good as you expect in the US and the bedding does not include top sheets, only a duvet that was way too warm. both my wife and i were intermittently too warm and too cold at night, depending on whether we had the duvet up or not. that is my only complaint, other than that a wonderful stay !!! Overview

The Westin Grand Frankfurt's Emotion Spa features an indoor pool overlooking the rooftops of the Old Town. Poolside refreshments are available. Other spa highlights include a Finnish sauna, a gently heated steam room, a cold-water pool, and customized treatments with products by Anne Semonin of Paris. The San San restaurant showcases modern Chinese cuisine. Sushimoto serves Japanese food, including teppanyaki and sushi. Breakfast - both buffet and à la carte - is served in the Motions restaurant. The Grand Seven Bar, which serves light fare, and the Davidoff Cigar Lounge are located in the atrium. Complimentary wireless internet is available in public areas, and 24-hour room service is available.

All 371 guestrooms include Westin Heavenly Beds® with custom-designed pillowtop mattresses, down blankets, duvets, and plentiful pillows. Rooms also offer 32-inch LCD televisions, Nespresso coffee machines, minibars, and wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge). Guests are given one complimentary bottle of mineral water per stay. In-room safes can accommodate laptops. Marble bathrooms include designer amenities, under-floor heating, bathrobes, slippers, and Heavenly Showers/Baths® with double showerheads. Heavenly Dog Beds are available.

Very modern, well located, well appointed, with a very pleasant staff. Only glitch was with a WI-Fi plan called High-Speed Internet which was really very low speed. When I tried to call from my room to complain, I pressed a button on the phone called "Quick Service": no one answered!
