"Business hotel to fly"

"Good price for loc., but shuttle service is chaos"
The hotel was nice and comfortable, staff was friendly, restaurant was great, and had free wi-fi! However, my biggest criteria was the shuttle service to and from the airport since I was only staying for one night. The shuttle service is super unorganized. There is much more demand than supply. Waiting at the airport, there is no line, 4 different NH […] shuttles all going to different hotels, and people are fighting to get onto the shuttle, and often miss the first one, causing them to wait an additional 20 minutes. It's a mess and caused everyone a lot of extra panic and frustration. Advice to hotel: hire more or bigger shuttles, let people know they need to make a reservation, give them something to prove they have a reservation so the shuttle drivers know who to let on the shuttle first, let people know up front that there are 4 different shuttles and which one to look for. During check-in, I spoke German with the receptionist. She apparently understood me, as she responded appropriately in German. She appeared bored with the transaction and was non-welcoming. When my husband asked a question in English, the receptionist responded in English but became very rude. She did not represent the hotel well. Breakfast was awful- the so-called hot breakfast buffet was all cold. I complained to the reception manager and she just gave me a glare and asked what would I like her to do about it? "Layover"
I arrived about 9pm- shuttle bus was only a 10 minute wait- they run every 15 or so. Drivers are friendly. Threw my bags in the room and wend down to get dinner. "Basic stopping point"
Hotel is really needing a tidy up in the main areas/corridors. Room was pleasant although one of the furthest from the reception area. Food is expensive. On arrival the Receptionist off-handedly dismissed us as she had no record of our booking, even when shown the e-mail confirmations. A second prompt led her to review and 'found' our booking. No apology […] or effort to improve guest relations ...We had been left without luggage in between flights - we asked if there were any toiletries available or for purchase - none available was the advice - we returned to the airport to buy some basics there. Når jeg ankom Frankfurt kom det buss fra NH hotel nesten umiddelbart. Etter hva jeg leste meg fram til så skulle jeg kjøre med buss nr 3 etter den adressen jeg fikk fra Hotels.com. Sjåføren på buss nr 1 ba meg imidlertid bli med han. Når jeg ankom hotellet så sjekket jeg inn som normalt og alt var greit. På kvelden reiste jeg ned til sentrum og skulle […] hjem senere på kvelden med taxi. Jeg oppga adressen jeg hadde fått fra Hotels.com og endte opp på feil NH hotel. Før jeg fikk oppklart det hadde jeg fått en taxiregning på 85 €. Hotellet jeg hadde var helt ok, men at de flytter meg til et annet NH hotell uten at jeg får beskjed om det kostet meg denne gang en taxiregning på 85€ istedet for 30 som jeg fikk oppgitt at var "normalpris" på kveld. Las instalaciones del Hotel están muy bien. Llegué después de las 8:30 p.m. y el restaurante del Hotel cierra bastante temprano, así que tuve que comer muy de prisa ya que estaban cerrando.
