Worst experience ever, I can't believe that something with a 4 star rating can be so horrible. If there was a possibility to rate this hotel lower then 1, I wouldn't hesitate. First, there was no room service, is it possible that there is a hotel without room service these days? Yes there is the Adagio Berlin. Also, since when does a hotel charge extra […] for clean towels? Each towel was charged at 6 Euros, for 6 Euros, I can buy a clean towel. That's not even the end of it, the rooms were never cleaned, and the sheets were never changed. At the rate of the service, It was like I was going to get up and help them clean the hotel.
