very nice and quite hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in exacutive floor at 11 th floor and the benifit of using the clup resturant from 7am to 10pm which was a relaxing area for us. En resa med kollegor till Berlin som blev mycket uppskattad mycket tack vare hotellet med dess perfekta läga och serviceminded personal. Allt hanterades mycket proffesionellt. I samband med vår konferens lyckades man även fixa med en adapter till min Macbook som räddeade bildersna som skulle visas. There's nothing like being upgraded to a room way above what one's paid for... - like a 3-room suite on the corner, windows from floor to ceiling, overlooking Ku'Damm. Stylished designed and comfortable, with room for inviting guests if needed. Only hotel services used was the outdoor bar/restaurant on the pavement (there's unfortunately no rooftop […] terrace, which would otherwise have been very nice!) - good food & wine, fairly knowledgeable and very serviceminded staff. Tijdens mijn verblijf zijn we goed verzorgd. Bij aankomst met de taxi werden we onder begeleiding van de portier met een paraplu naar de receptie begeleid. Tijdens het inchecken werd onze bagage naar de suite gebracht. De suite was ruim van opzet en comfortabel. Op de 11e etage zit een lounge waar je gezellig een drankje kan drinken. "Hotel liegt direkt am Kudamm & an der Gedächtnis Kirche"
Empfang im Hotel war sehr schnell & professionell. Die Frage nach einem Wasserkocher wurde prompt erledigt - lediglich eine Teetasse fehlte mir dann :-) Lage ist prima - besonders der Ausblick in den oberen Etagen ist zu empfehlen.
