Clean hotel, friendly reception staff, very close to Gesundbrunnen train station (S-bahn and U-bahn). Not exactly "Mitte", but very close to trains... getting you into the real "Mitte". Didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the meals. Staff were always friendly and helpful - I don't agree with other reviews about unhelpful staff. They're not in-your-face friendly, but everyone was very helpful and courteous when asked. Everyone spoke very good English. "Gym" is very small and the equipment didn't work well. The sauna is small but nice. Disadvantages - the windows do not keep noise out very well - if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The Internet is cheap, but should be free - hopefully the hotel will change their policy soon. And I would recommend housekeeping spend a couple of minutes extra in each room and ensure the plugs/drains aren't blocked with lots of hair. Formerly the centre of East Berlin, Mitte is split down the middle by Unter den Linden and contains nearly all of Berlin's key churches, museums, theatres and memorials. The Fernsehturm (TV tower) by Alexanderplatz offers the best view over Berlin. Museums include the Pergamon, National Gallery, Bode and the Old Museum. The Red City Hall and the Dom (cathedral) are close to the museums.

We booked two rooms and they were both great!! The in-laws had a standard room that was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. We also booked the family suite which was perfect. It was two big rooms with four twins to make up two kings and two TV's. The kids watched their stuff and we could catch up on the Olympics... perfect! They also bring […] up anything you may have forgotten in small travel sizes. We ran out of toothpaste, but they also will bring up a diaper, single blade razor, etc. Great service!!! Although this is considered Mitte, it is not central, but is pretty close. S Bahn is a must or rent a car and use the garage. We saw a car out front in the "super" small, free spaces that looked like someone just trashed it while parking... pay the 12 Euro for parking. Read more

I loved the Hotel it was in a turkish area of berlin and u bahn was 2 min away,it took us less than 5 minutes to get to center Berlin ,we loved our stay the rooms were clean and comfy , will stay again in our return.

Hotellet ligger sentralt rett ved et kjøpesenter og Metro-stasjon. Vi kom med bil og fikk gratis parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Et enkelt og greit hotell med god service, renhold og frokostbuffet. Kan absolutt anbefale hotellet til andre!
