Though at times the room facing the street was a little noisy a pair of earplugs took care of that. The hotel is in a wonderfully central area with easy access to public transportation. I would certainly stay here again if ever in Berlin.

This hotel was conveniently located: walking distance to train station, metro and bus stops. We were able to see the major sites of Berlin using public transportation. Tourist Information was just across the street. The room was fine. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again when visiting Berlin.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. We are from the USA and were pleasantly surprised with the size of both the hotel room and bathroom. The front desk staff were also very helpful. We found it to be very convenient to get around the city, because the hotel is located a block from a couple train stations and the 100/200 bus routes.

Excellant location within blocks of major bus lines, underground and railroad station. Older but very well maintained hotel. The day manager Chris, could not be more helpful and had a great sense of humor. Like most Berlin hotels, no a/c but ask to borrow a fan. Located on high traffic street so ask for a courtside room..very quite.

Don't expect a modern hotel however it's price is affordable, location is convenient in term of transportation (10 mins to Berlin Hbf, 12-14 mins to Brandenburg Gate). Staffs are helpful, room size is fine, heating is fine, beddings are comfortable! It's quite clean though a bit old but overall this is a good place to stay in Berlin.

I was a little bit concerned at some of the reviews before going but I have say I loved my stay at this hotel. First the negatives, it does have a few steps to climb in most a reas of the hotel so not really disabled friendly, they still used traditional keys for the room doors not really a negative but worth a mention, no air conditioning, not really […] a problem for me in October but I can imagine the summer months being unbearable. Now the positives, the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, the room although dated was very clean and I had the luxury of having a suite with separate living room bedroom and bathroom off a reception area, the breakfast was excellent and reasonable at 12.5 Euros baked beans would have made it perfect. The location is absolutely perfect with excellent bus and underground stations within 100m. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Berlin Read more

Excellent location near to Zoo bus and rail stations, and to Ku'dam shops and restaurants. Service abrupt and no bar facilities during our stay. Did not have breakfast as part of the deal but plenty of choice nearby. Room 450 had been refurbished with new bathroom.

We stayed for 3 nights here and went over to Potsdam for conference. On the last day of conference, we decided to cancel the room in Potsdam and return here for our last night in Germany. Only because of it's location. It's very close to the bus station (to and from Tegel) and U/S Bahnhof at the Zoo. The U-bahn station is also a good place for a quick […] coffee+bread breakfast. And if you take 109 bus from Tegel Airport, there's one stop right in front of the hotel entrance. It's worry-free for first time visitor like me. Ett bra hotell där man verkligen har nära till allt! Nästan precis vid zoo och Ku´damm. Hotellets inredning kanske har sett bättre dagar men badrummet var nyrenoverat och det var hög komfort på säng och liknande.

Fint hotelophold i rummeligt værelse med højt til loftet. Ikke helt skarp service med udskiftning af sæbe og opfyldning, men fin service i receptionen. traditionel morgenbuffet - pænt kedelig. Beliggenhed super - lige ved zoo, S-bahn, u bahn, gå afstand til Savigny plads i Charlottenburg.

Jeg har bodd flere ganger på Azimut Ku'damm, siste gang fire netter i mars 2013. Det er to hovedgrunner til at jeg vender tilbake til Azimut: beliggenheten og frokosten. Hotellet ligger bare noen minutter spasertur fra Bahnhof Zoo og andre offentlige kommunikasjoner. Det serveres en rikholdig frokost, med godt bakverk, god og glovarm kaffe, flere varmretter, […] flere typer juice, frisk frukt osv. Betjeningen er påpasselig med å etterfylle. Kvaliteten på rommene er nokså varierende, fra helt topp og til temmelig stusselig standard. Alt var perfekt. Med én undtagelse: Det var ikke spor rart at skulle vente i lobbyen til kl 14.30 på at få et værelse, når vi var ankommetmed en tidlig morgenflyver. Der er ingen fleksibilitet på det punkt, så hvis man husker det, og kommer med et eftermiddagsfly kan man få et perfekt ophold, som passer til pengepungen.

Har lige haft et par dage i Berlin, og hotellet ligger dejlig nemt fra stationen vi ankom til fra lufthavnen. Hotellet havde lækker morgenmad, der dog kostede ekstra, og deres information vedr. internet passede ikke. Der er IKKE internet på hotellet, der er en computer ved indgangen, som er gammel og kører meget langsom, men til fri benyttelse.
