Overview

Location.
Situated in Karlovy Vary, Hotel Derby is close to Elizabeth's Spa, Mattoni Mineral Water, and Jan Becher Museum. Also nearby are Mill Colonnade and Church of St. Mary Magdalene.

Hotel Features.
A complimentary breakfast is served each morning. In addition to a sauna and multilingual staff, Hotel Derby features a safe deposit box at the front desk. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Additional amenities include an elevator (lift), a television in the lobby, and tour assistance. For a surcharge, guests receive transportation including a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service. Guest parking is available on a limited first-come, first-served basis (surcharge). The property has designated areas for smoking.

Am Empfang eine dutschsprachige und sehr freundliche Dame. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, leider schlechte Parkmöglichkeit. Ca. 10 Min Fußmarsch entfernt kann jedoch eine Tiefgarage als Parkmöglichkeit genutzt werden. Was sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, dass trotz der zentralen Citylage das Hotel und die Umgebung "äußerst" ruhig war. So was hab ich […] noch nicht erlebt mitten in einer Großstadt. Trotz geöffnetem Fenster über Nacht hätte man auf dem Gehweg eine Nadel zu Boden fallen hören. Von dieser Sache war ich beeindruckt. Read more

カールスバートの散策の拠点としての立地は良。今回車で行ったのでホテルに行き着くのが一方通行のため苦労した。一般のホテルのサービスを期待するのは無理だが受付の老婦人と会話ができれば快適。
