Hotel was amazing and gorgeous, not so far where the actual town is. it's a great get away staff treats you great!! Also it is literally right in front of the beach, hearing the ocean waves at night and early Morning is so soothing. Nice place to stay. When we arrived we had flowers all around the room. Our room was set right off the swimming pool and we could hear the fountain during the day and the waves at night. Our room was very clean and brightly colored. We had three beds, a refrigerator and hot water! We arranged tours through the hotel and had a fabulous time! Everyday […] and every night we walked into town which was about 3/4 mile. Would advice bringing a flashlight to walk at night as there are a few areas where it was dark and the cars drive pretty fast. The receptionist told us that it wasn't safe to walk at night, as people can take advantage of tourists. We felt safe even with our child in a stroller. We rented bikes and road all the way to Manzanillo and had a blast! The only negatives to this hotel were that the jacuzzi was cold and the food at the restaurant wasn't great. Seven days of the same breakfast got old, if we had more money to spend we would've gone somewhere else to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again! Read more

El area de comida fue la unica parte que no fue de mi agrado, el desayuno no llamo mucho la atencion y no tenia ningun valor agregado el desayunar en el lugar. el Jacuzzi es a "temperatura ambiente" no se a que venia esa descripcion porque la temperatura del jacuzzi fue fria no importa si era medio dia o 6 pm, tal vez temperarlo un poco para poderle […] sacar provecho seria una buena mejora. A km y medio de Puerto Viejo, al lado de Playa Cocles, que es muy buena y bonita. Un buen sitio, muy limpio, gente muy maja, lo unico que podía tener de más era una tele en la habitación, ya que anochece a las 18h y la tarde se puede hacer larga, pero tiene piscina, jacuzzi... y esos monos aulladores que te despiertan al amanecer. La gente de recepción […] muy maja, el restaurante de la entrada está muy bien, sin ser nada caro, tipo italiano. Organizan todo tipo de excursiones. La unica pega es que está a 20minutos del pueblo, pero el paseo es agradable (aunque por carretera). Por cierto, si dudas entre estar alojado en Cahuita, Puerto Viejo o Manzanillo no lo dudes, Puerto Viejo les da mil vueltas. Y cocles está muy cerquita. Totalmente recomendable. Read more

Si dispones de coche o bici es un lugar genial para relajarte mientras que disfrutas de Puerto Viejo y alrededores. Está a sólo unos minutos del centro (andando un poco más, tal vez unos 20). Por poner un defecto mejoraría especialmente los zumos y bebidas del desayuno... Ah! Un saludo a nuestra compatriota de recepción ;-)
