"Beautiful Stay"
Great place but expect rain during rainy season in the rainforest. Only saw the volcano for 15 minutes . too many clouds. It would be nice to have a light in front of the closet /safe. Too dark.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent stay"
Great hotel for the price. Only negatives would be the natural hot springs are pumped in to normal type pools, and the walls on the rooms are thin. "ALMOST PERFECT STAY"
Everything was outstanding. My only complaint was that the mattress' were rock hard. My friends were the same, so I think all the rooms must be that way? Incredible location! Great view of the volcano. "AMAZING Hotel. More than we expected."
We booked this hotel after reading reviews on hotels.com. It was everything people said and more. Loved the rooms, very spacious, clean, had TV & WiFi and every one had a view of the volcano. Pools were heated by natural hot springs. Really enjoyed the swim up bar and with more time, would have loved the swim up sushi bar! We enjoyed breakfast daily […] and had lunch at the hotel as well -- it was great, but being so close to Fortuna, we had to check out the other restaurants as well! Edward, the concierge, seemingly worked 24 hours a day. He was always available to call a taxi, make dinner reservations, confirm our tours and offer assistance on the computer.
