My fiance and I loved our stay here. We went to Cartagena to celebrate his birthday. They were super attentive and courteous the entire time. I asked... them to make a reservation at a festive restaurant to celebrate his birthday. Not only did they do that, but while we were out they went and got him a cake, blew up 20 balloons or so, and hung up a happy birthday sign.
