"great hotel and great location"
We stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the hotel. Location is excellent. We were given a room with a disabled friendly bathroom without being told so next time I would request a standard bathroom. "Close to public transport & shopping mall"
Loved the amazing view from level 15. Definatly will be staying at the Meriton again when in Gold coast. Love how close all the facilities are & the room really was amazing! Quick note the baths should be spa baths. But all was totally amazingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location"
The location of the property is 5 star if you are wanting to be in Broadbeach. Close to restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean view. The view was great. The first room we checked into smelt like a toilet and after complaining they moved us to a two bedroom ocean view room on the 30th floor which had amazing […] views. The cleanliness was ok. There were a few suspicious black hairs on the bed and the grout in the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly. The other thing I would suggest is getting two keys. My boyfriend popped down stairs to get some snacks and left the key up stairs with me so I wasn’t left without power and had trouble getting back up even though I had his name on the room as well. What an interesting time I had at the Meriton on Broadbeach. My review may be coloured by the sleep deprivation and party that occurred next door to my room and the smoking and partying in the halls. Screeching inconsiderate children taking over the indoor pool at all hours with disinterested parents not caring enough to keep their children inline.
