"Small minded approach towards the customer."
This is a hotel where they go out of their way to get you on the small things. Quite expensive but no free wi-fi or parking. "Please don't reward big companies that don't care"
I bought my sister two nights at this 5 star resort down the gold coast for her birthday. When my sister arrived she didnt have her credit card on her, just her credit card details. Despite paying the entire cost over the internet with my credit card the receptionist would not accept my credit card details over the phone, my sisters credit card details […] or an eftpos card for the $100 incidents deposit. They also offered no solution except for to get a physical credit card and return which was not possible at the time. After a phone call from myself & Expedia they finally agreeded to $200 cash deposit however i found out while i was on the phone to Expedia trying to find some sort of solution they were being verbally abusive to my sister telling her to hurry up and pay up or get out of the building.
