"buena ubicación y personal muy bien predispuesto"
Está bien ubicado,en un ratito estás en la playa que es linda y en dos cuadras estás en peno centro comercial, olo necesit´s taxi si deseás recorrer la isla o ir al aeropuerto, la comida es agradable, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. "Hotel à San Andres"
Globalement déçu par cet établissement qui propose des services conjoints avec 2 autres hôtels de la même chaîne sur l'Ile, l'un à quelques centaines de mètres et l'autre en pleine campagne. L'entretien général du bâtiment laisse beaucoup à désirer. Ce devait être un hôtel agréable lors de son ouverture mais il a très mal vieilli. Les seuls points positifs […] sont la vue mer et une nourriture correcte, manquant un peu de variété, ainsi qu'un personnel souriant. Un détail désagréable : lors de l'arrivée, on vous met un bracelet... ce qui vous permet d'être repéré dans toute l'île comme touriste ! Le second établissement en ville mais sans vue sur mer est plus récent et plus agréable. Il dispose d'une piscine, de même que le 3ème hôtel. Hotel de categoría mediana. Tuvimos la suerte de tener una habitación muy amplia. La vista del mar era mínima (2 cm entre dos palmeras). Sin piscina, pero se accede a las de los otros hoteles de la cadena. La comida mediocre, no vale la pena el all inclusive. El trato del personal variable, pero hubo gente que rescatar. Boa relação custo benefício. O quarto é bem grande, a cama é bastante confortável e o banho é bom. O problema mais grave é o cheiro de mofo no quarto. A comida é razoável. O atendimento aos hóspedes é muito bom.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
