"Superb Sydney Hotel, Service and Location"
This hotel is excellent. The reception staff were efficient and friendly; our rooms were ready for us upon check in at 11:00 am; the location couldn't have been better. I was proud to introduce our guests to Sydney in this way. The bathrooms are beautiful, the shower was great and most importantly did not leak water all over the floor, as we have experienced […] in many hotel bathrooms and the small touches in design were appreciated. The heated outdoor pool area is also nicely done. Breakfast in the hotel is also wonderful - egg stations, real honey on honeycomb, etc, which is a rarity amongst the usual hotel fare offered at buffet breakfasts. We booked the executive Swiss club room on the executive level thinking the rooms would be better than the classic room. The picture seemed to give that impression under the room when you book it. Beware the Executive Swiss Club room is no different to the Classic rooms. "Is a no good memory"
I feelvthis is not a really five star hotel. At most 3 star. Only have one shower towel and the bath room too old.There is no teethbrush. The TV is small.
