This is a very comfortable hotel with a deserved 5 star rating. The rooms are large and clean. The front desk staff are courteous and efficient. The hotel is opposite Hyde Park and right near Pitt Street Mall so an easy walk to many of the city attractions. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Best loclation in CBD for shopping. Room was very comfortable, large and clean. Big bathroom. Hotel service was excellent. Bar had great aspect overlooking park for drinks and light meals. Breakfast was magnificent like you would expect and get in an overseas 4 star hotel! Will stay there again when visiting Sydney.

Were travelling to the area for a show at Moore Park, found it so easy to head along Park Street and take the Wollongong exit before Kings Cross and it was only a few minutes further away. Everything was lovely, our stay was our second visit to the Sheraton in this last six months and we were not disappointed. It has become one of our favorites. The buffet is a good deal and it is nice to make the most of it by sitting for a while and surveying the vista of the park opposite, Very comfortable, the easiest walk to PItt St Mall and the dynamic shooping that goes with this. My husband and I stayed one night as a 'city break' for our anniversary, and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The TV had a crack in it. A glass in the bathroom looked like it had lipstick still on it. Besides these small things our stay was top notch and had such a good weekend comforted by the sheraton hospitality.

We arrived to find the hotel had overbooked so received an upgrade to their deluxe terrace suite. It had a separate lounge area, dining room and powder room. I couldn't have been more pleased given the special nature of our stay. We enjoyed a quick buffet breakfast in the morning but found it annoying that they had packed up and finished by 10.30am […] on a Saturday (they also do that awful crunchy american bacon which I have not experienced in Australian five-star hotels for a long time). Make sure it's included in your rate because its over $40 per person. The mini bar was also unbelievably expensive at six bucks for a can of coke. We regularly stay at this hotel. Unfortunately on this ocacssion our room on 17th floor had a bed that had seen better days. The mattress was decidedly sagged on both sides with a high ridge down the centre. It was a king bed but may as well been two singles. This Hotel was wonderful, we were attending a function at Centrepoint Tower and it must have been 20 metres from the rear entrance of the hotel. Very convenient central location. The rooftop swimming pool was also very nice and the outdoor terrace a great place to admire the view of Sydney. The only downside was the noise from the street. My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary and loved every minute of it. We had a king suite with city views and even though it was one of the cheaper rooms, it was still very 5 star! The room itself had a huge bathroom and a walk in closet including a large safe to store valuables. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had loads […] of different things to choose from including gluten free options. The staff were very friendly and not at all snooty like you get some places. The only downsides were that the fridge in the room was way too tiny, so you couldn't really bring your own drinks and the guys at the valet were very pushy (they harassed the taxi we were in to move even though we were still on our way out of the car!). But these downsides didn't ruin it for us and we still loved every minute of our stay! Next time we go back (which we absolutely will) we'll make sure we check out the pool area as well as we simply didn't find the time to do that this time! Read more

We requested an early check in only to be told that they not guarantee one. We arrived early and as the room was not ready we asked if they could call when it was, they couldn't. We returned after check in time, the room was still not ready and we were offered another. Not the best start to an otherwise lovely stay. Buffet breakast was a highlight!

Short stroll to shopping, restaurants, theatres, train station - 5 min train trip to circular quay to jump on a ferry to many other sydney attractions, including darling Harbour. the room allocated to us was on the21st floor near the excutive club but to our anoyance the air conditiong system was right on top of us ,it felt and sounded as if a 747 is landing on top of us all night.We will stay there again but will make sure we demand a quiter room.

2박3일 머물렀는데, 일단 씨티안에 있고 하이드파크옆이라 어딜가든 접근성이 뛰어나서 좋았다. 하지만 호텔서비스가 뛰어나진 못한게 아쉽다. 한마디로 오성급호텔이라는 명성답지못했음. 처음 체크인하는데 내가 구매한 서비스는 일절 빼버리고 설명...차가 있어서 주차이용권과 조식서비스가 포함된 옵션을 선택해서 숙박권을 구매했음에도 불구하고 그런 기록은 없다며 fee 내라고 했다. 내가 저장해둔 구매화면을 보여주자 그제서야 불친절하게 안내. 키받을 때 deposite charge 가 있다는것은 미리 알고있었지만 안내도 없이 charge함. 객실도 깨끗하고 나머지 전부 괜찮았지만 저런 부분은 개선되었으면 좋겠네요.

Really nice place to stay if you want to visit Sydney. 1km away from all nice place to visit (Japan garden, darling harbor, the rocks, the downtown...). Service was perfect, room very nice, the view was great for the cheapest room, access to the wonderful swimming pool and gym club! Everything fine, if you have a discount it is a no brainer.
