"前台服务欠佳!房间信号不好!"
这次入住三亚宝宏大酒店让我留下了不算好的印象。预订后才发现住的是副楼,虽说副楼是新楼,床铺设备什么的都比较干净,但是副楼的工作人员明显没有主楼的齐,有经验。我记得当天凌晨三点左右到三亚,因为预定部门出了问题,把我原先预定的两间房间看成了一间房间,即便我出示我的预定订单,酒店前台还是坚持不让我入住。僵持了半个小时,我给hotels.com的外语客服打电话,又和前台争执后前台才最后妥协。第二天才发现是预定部门的疏忽。还有一个关于房间信号的问题,刚开始我住的是二层,房间信号只有两格,打电话都基本听不清声音。所谓的无线网络信号是需要向前台借路由器再接上网线才可以无线上网。简而言之,我不喜欢这家酒店。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
