This is a nice hotel if you are fluent in Chinese. If however you have questions regarding ANY issue from reservations to tours to changing currency they will remain unanswered because none of the staff are able to even understand basic English. We had to go to another hotel to get our answers answered. The only problem with this is that this hotel […] is billed as an international hotel and is connected to an international conference center. Many clients are from English speaking countries. Hence, despite the fact that the staff could not be more friendly in their efforts, they could not succeed in addressing your questions and answered in non-sequeters that often were based on hand signals. However, the hotel service is excellent unless you cannot account for a towel in which case, they ask us to account for the missing towel. The ethic is not one of pleasing the customer. But even this arises in large part from language barriers. "Comfortable place"
I stayed here while attending a conference in the Beijing International Convention Center which is connected by a tunnel, definitely a plus since it snowed. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful. English was not much of a problem since at least one person at the desk could speak. My room was nice and clean. Although not a non-smoking one, […] it did not have the odor. The lobby is not much and with snow outside, it was really cold. Suggest you get a deal to include internet otherwise its ridiculously expensive.There is not much around to go to. A bunch of hotels. "호텔이 깔끔해서 좋아요"
호텔이 전체적으로 깔끔하고 안락하여 좋습니다. 올림픽공원 바로 옆에 위치하여 산책하기에도 좋구요. 단지 한 가지 흠이 있다면 지하철 역에서 찾아가기가 조금 어렵다는 점 입니다. 예약하는 곳이나 호텔 사이트를 가 보아도 찾아가는 방법에 대해서는 적혀 있지 않더라고요. 처음 찾아가는데 애 좀 먹었습니다. 전철역에서 걷기에도 택시타기에도 조금 애매한 위치에 있다는 점만 빼면, 다 좋습니다. 그리고 바로 옆 백화점(?) 같은 곳 지하상가에 큰 가게가 있어 이용하기 편리하였습니다.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

メンテナンスはOKです。また参加した学会はホテルに直結していたので大変便利でした。しかしホテルのカウンターデスクの受け付けの女性はまことに無愛想、客へのサービス精神皆無、まことに不愉快でした。教育がなっていない。チェックアウト時Thank you の挨拶もない。利便性がなかったらあんなホテルに2度と泊まりたくない。レストランの食べ物の味はまあまあ。品質は落ちたものです。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
