The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The rooms were decent. A little older overall, but pretty clean. The shower had great pressure, but wasn't designed very well so it got water all over the floor. Would definitely stay there again, especially for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Value for money hotel"
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and i was find it generally well maintained. The location was within walking distance to Wanfujing and Qianmen. Two great shopping areas. It is also located near Tiananmen Square which means you can save on the transport. The room was a bit old looking though. The bathtub was a little dirty looking and i totally had […] no inclination to soak myself in it. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and service was up to expectation. "Dirty hotel - not recommended !"
This hotel was extremely drirty! It smelled urin in the bathroom and the carpet was full of shit. The bathroom was strangely filled with condoms and antiseptic serviets. The staff were not friendly, and it was hard to get a taxi from the reception. The hotel reception didnteven have maps in the reception.
