The location was close enough to must see spots around central Shanghai, but the thing that really struck me was how cozy and comfortable the room was.... Electronically, it was really up to date, with the ability to plug in a laptop and watch in on the big screen tv. Real Bodom coffee, luxurious bath, excellent room service. Staff were polite and prompt, and the service desk management spoke excellent English (important if you are not fluent in Mandarin). The hotel is located on 2 key metro lines 4 and 10 and also connected with 3 main tunnels in Shanghai that link the key business and commercial area.

Hotel has one of the longest swimming pool with nature light. Fully fitness facilities,Shine Spa service, outdoor garden and riverside setting makes a tranquil place to enjoy.We have an special area called 'Link at sheraton', where provides some computers to our in-house guests to free use, and broadband or WIFI in that area are all free. Everything about this hotel is perfect. It is right next to a subway station serving lines 4 and 10. You can be in Nanjing road and the skyscrapers of Pudong in a few minutes. The hotel itself is brand new and the service is amazing. Everybody greeted me with a smile and the staff could all speak English. I will most definately choose that hotel again […] and I can recommend it to anyone! Read more
