クウィーンダブルルームに泊まりましたが，スウィートに泊まったかのようなお部屋でした。窓からは森ビルなどの高層ビル群が見え，夜も朝も眺めは素敵でした。ウェルカムフルーツも毎日変わり，部屋にサービスのクッキーも変わっていました。 全館禁煙と聞いていましたが，ロビーで自由に吸えたので喫煙者の私は助かりました。南京東路駅から，スーツケースを持って歩くには少し遠かったです。タクシーがいいです。車椅子の祖母と行きましたが，途中車椅子が壊れましたが，ホテルの方が車椅子を帰るまで貸していただいたりとサービスも心遣いも行き届いていました。また上海に行くときは必ずこのホテルに泊まるでしょう。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

キングサイズベッドルームのリバービューに2泊しました。東京のマンダリン、ペニンシュラ、ウエスティン等、スイートも含めて色々泊ったことがあり、ある程度、目が肥えていると自負していますが、このホテルの雰囲気や客室の格調の高さには感動しました。設備も最新ですし、スタッフもバッチリです。また泊ります。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
