Close to shopping areas and bus/subway. It's serviced apartment style lodging. Some of the rooms are located in next building so it can be slightly inconvenient. Clean room, the suite I booked is spacious with kitchenette. Overall good place to stay if it is close to where you want to be.

I was not able to control my A/C from my room, I was on the 33rd floor of this hotel. It was so hot in the room, I called front desk 4 times before someone was finally sent to my room. I was thinking maybe the A/C was broken, but the man came in and checked and said everything was okay. Overall, it was very good. Our one complaint is that we booked a room with a double bed, while our friends booked a room with two single beds, and both rooms were the same price. The hotel was good. The pool was impossible to find since it was in another building (there are 8 buildings to the hotel complex) and no one spoke english well enough to give good directions. I had a suite, the room was clean, but the decor was looking a bit dated, and the kitchen looked very old. Plus because there were not plates or any utensils, […] it was useless. When people travel they don't bring plates, those should be provided. I was given a smoking room and I am a non-smoker, and I couldn't communicate with them that I wanted a difference room. If are a non-smoker and you book, make sure you request in very big letters that you want a non-smoking room. The area has a some restaurants, and is short walk to the subway station. 交通位置很好, 住的部分大致都很好, 但是服務人員臉都很臭還很不專業...入住時櫃檯人員刷卡後卡片沒給我, 我也忘了拿回,等到我發現, 緊急問櫃檯, 他們才說有我的卡片...超過20小時了...沒想到 飯店完全不通知, 不告知...如果我沒發現...應該就慘了...原來這是4星飯店的服務...我只能趕快打電話回台灣報廢我的信用卡...很糟很糟很糟的濫經驗!!!

アパートメントホテルなので、所謂ホテル的な落ち着きはあまりありませんが、打浦橋駅の直ぐ前で、立地はとても良いです。ホテルの朝食は地下で78元のブュッフェ、1Fの30元のコーヒー&ブレッドとありますが、僕はホテル前のビザハットで30元で、コーヒー(お替り可能)&ブレッド、玉子料理で済ませました。1Fのカフェで、携帯に認証パスワードを返送させる承認で無線LANが無料で使えました。僕は、年4-5回程上海に行くので、毎回贅沢なホテルは泊まれません。そんな中でこのホテルはとても良い存在です。

일단 위치가 좀 이래저래 애매한 위치이고, 아파트 형태라 주방시설에 기대를 가지고 갔는데 그릇이나 주방용품이 일정 비치되어 있지 않아 좀 실망스러웠다. 나머지는 다른 유스호스텔이나 모텔 수준은 되는 거 같고, 좀 오래되어서 그런지 냄새가 좀 났다. 별관과 본관이 분리되어 있어서 별관은 관리가 허술한 부분이 있는거 같고 편의시설은 전혀 생각할 수 없었다. 중간정도.

初めて利用しました。 地下鉄9号線打浦橋駅から徒歩7,8分と好立地ですし、手元に地図があればわかりやすいです。 駅の地下はフードコートは充実しているようですが朝はケンタッキーのみで空いていません。サンマルクやスターバックスがあるのでこれを利用するのがよいかもです。 ホテルの老朽化は否めませんが、チェックインにトラブルこともなく、また部屋の水回りも問題ありませんでした。宿泊するだけなら全く問題ありません。 テレビもNHKが入ります。部屋の広さは独りで宿泊するには十分です。宿泊客は中国人だけでなく西洋人も多いようです。日本人の若い人もちらほらです。 移動は圧倒的に地下鉄利用が便利です。

値段の割に清潔でバスタブがなくシャワーのみ以外は付属品等もあり、きれいでほどほどに広く快適に過ごせます。 キーはICチップが埋められており、はいるとすぐにテレビがつき日本人だとNHKが写る等と結構ハイテクです。 ロケーションも打浦橋駅出口3番を出て右前方をみるとすぐに漢字でホテル名が見つけられ、わかりやすく便利な立地です。近隣にコンビニや食べる場所も豊富です。 残念な点は今回インターネット及び朝食込で予約をしましたが、含まれていないと言われ交渉が必要で少し骨をおりました。結果は込となりましたので大丈夫です。 またデポジットとして500元取られます。最後に返金していただけますが、デポジットとしては高いかもしれません。

立地条件はいいと思います。地下鉄、空港バス、飲食店、銀行は、ほとんど徒歩５～１０分の中にあります。ひとつ、例外なのがインターネットの接続料金です。このホテルは基本的には有料です。（　いまどき珍しいと思います。　）今回の予約は、無料の設定があったので申し込みましたが、普段はあまり見かけません。ホテルの対応も最初、有料だということ譲らず、バウチャーを見てやっと納得する状況でした。清潔感は、高級ホテルではないのでこんなもんだと思います。
