"Dirty but good location"
The hotel was dirty and old looking. It definitely needs some work done to it and some serious cleaning. The only upside was the location. I would not stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
We visited the hotel in January - outside temperature was 0°C but the room had no heating! A free wifi-internet-connection in the room should be included but we had to pay 5 Euro extra to get a password for the lan-internet. It looked all very used: the employees suits, the elevator, the floors, cupboards and specially the towels! they smelled terrible […] and had huge holes. "中国最悪のホテル"
レセプション・スタッフが、客が来ても、ＰＣゲームをやっていて、呼びかけないと反応しない。笑顔もなく、客をこころよく迎えようとする意識がない。接客態度が最悪。エアコンが壊れていて、部屋の交換。正しく、化石の様なエアコン。セーフティ・ボックスが壊れていて交換。ビジネス・デスクはあっても、ＰＣ用のコンセントが、近くにない。また、そのビジネス・デスクは作りつけられたものではなく、壁面とデスクの間に５ｃｍ位の隙間があり、小物が落ちる。落ちたら、机は重く拾い出すのが大変。接客スタッフは英語を話せず、こちらの要求を理解できない。また、接客スタッフはクレームなれており、私が体験した様なクレームをを、他の客も経験しているように思われる。部屋は古く、メンテナンスがなされていない。ホテルが古いのにも、かかわらず・ […] ・・・・。中国では、香港、珠海、青島、大連、上海（以前）のホテルに泊まった事があるが、このホテルが全てにおいて、最悪。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"フロントの対応が最悪。"
リニアの駅からタクシーを利用してホテルまで行きました、メーターを細工したタクシーに乗ってしまいぼられそうになったので（通常50YUAN程度を380YUAN）フロントに通常運賃はいくらかと尋ねた所それには答えず、あからさまに面倒臭そうな態度で「タクシー料金を払わないと警察呼ぶぞ！と運転手は言ってる！さっさと払え！！！」と他の客もいる前で何度も大声で私に向かって怒鳴り立てました。 ホスピタリティーのホの字のかけらもない対応に唖然。 その上11時チェックインOKにもかかわらず13時到着した私に「清掃が済んでいない、あと1時間待て」とだけ言い、さすがに抗議したところ渋々部屋の鍵を渡されました。部屋にいくとバスルームのお湯はおろか水さえでず、おまけにバスタブの栓はできない状態。リペアを頼んでも３０分程 […] してやっと来る始末。 室内のインターネットは有料。ロビーに無料wifi飛んでますが、非常に弱く途中で途切れる。朝食付きでしたがコンビニで買った方がマシなクオリティー。 ベッドは上海のホテルでは普通ですが、固いマットです。 もう二度と利用しない。お勧めもしません。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
