this hotel I believe is part of a chain, we liked it here and they had thought of everything one could need for a stay, The room was comfortable and the English speaking staff were efficient and professional. "Clean and comfortable"
The hotel was very comfortable, and conveniently located with a 10 minute walk to the local subway station on line 10. Booking through Expedia gave a very good room rate, so I would recommend that is the best way to book. Great views from the roof, although you have to explore a warren of corridors and stairs to get to the security guard's office. Once […] there, he was happy to let me out to take photos. There were two downsides for business (and other) travellers, both easy to avoid. The first was printing a document - it cost me close to 300 yuan for about 40 pages, which is more than a taxi ride to Pudong airport! So, don't print at the hotel to avoid that expense. The second avoidable expense is making international phone calls - I called NZ for 5-6 minutes on my credit card, and it cost me NZ$83!! So, don't call from the hotel using a credit card! 12/31～1/4の4泊 ツインの部屋でした。1名での利用です。 毎日部屋の掃除は行き届き、タオルも問題なく毎回新しくなっていました。 またトイレットペーパは日本よりも少ないものが多い中国のホテルですがここでは２つセットされておりまた、通常よりも長い巻のものでした。結局4泊で１つを使い切りませんでした。結構重要なことですので書かせていただきます。また以前には無かったローソンが敷地内にOPENしていて、更に便利になりました。（もちろん24時間）チェックアウトの時に日本人スタッフ（女性）がいました。以前はあったことが無かったので更によくなっていますね。食事はここではしませんでしたので、コメントできませんが・・5分も歩けば日本人の多い場所なので、いろいろな食事処もあります。地下鉄10号線の伊梨路か […] ら10分もあれば歩けるので、虹橋からは30分（交通費5元ぐらい）、浦東からなら直ぐそばの銀河ホテル行で1時間:30元で到着できます。非常に便利な場所にありますし、３．５★ですが４つ★ホテルとひけをとらないのでお勧めです。フロントそばには両替専用のATMもありました。敷地内に銀行もありますので、キャッシュパスポートを持っていればそこですぐに現金引き出せます。またトイレの話ですが徐々にウォシュレットを導入しているそうです。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

部屋も綺麗で広かったです。クイーンサイズベットのシングル利用。エアコンの 調整がいまいちでしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。無料WiFiが1階が hotspotになっていますが、部屋では使えず少し不便でした。目の前にコンビニも あり、朝食なしでも困りませんでした。前回泊まった時はウォシュレットも付い ていましたが、今回はありませんでした。テレビが古かったです。私は虹橋地区 で活動するので、歩いて行けて便利に使いまわしました。虹橋空港からも15分と 近く便利利用させて頂きました。1階の空海と言う日本料理の店も日本と同じく らいするので、少し高かったですが味はまぁまぁ美味しく食べられました。Genuine Expedia guest review
