"フロントの対応が悪い、環境は良い"
周りは湖とカフェ通りで中国とは思えない静けさ。春節に宿泊したが、街から戻る折にホテルが少々僻地にあるためか、何台も乗車拒否に合い帰るのに苦労した。ホテルはリノベーションされていて綺麗だが、浴室はバスタブが浅いユニット。こちらは改装されていないのかな？レイクビューの部屋を選んだが、ホテルが湖に向かって「ななめくの字」になっていて、内側の殆ど湖が見えない部屋だった。フロントは、ネットの件で問い合わせして、掛け直すと言ったのに電話がなかったり、チェックアウト時には、脚を組んで対応、シエシエの一言もなく、終始不機嫌な様子でせっかくの滞在が最後でさらに腹立たしい結果に。レストランは他の方のレビューにもある通り美味しかった。和食、中華、朝食バイキングどれも満足できるものだった。ただ、もうこのホテルには泊 […] まりたくない。 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
