The hotel was recommended to me by a friend, mainly because of its location. What separates it from the famous west lake, is one small road. The hotel... is excellent and clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious enough. However, the hotel is a bit old, but kept in a good condition, and it's a little bit pricy, might not be budgetary convenient for multiple nights stay. by IH from Shanghai on 09/05/11

Location.
Located in Hangzhou (Shangcheng), Hyatt Regency Hangzhou is a family-friendly hotel close to West Lake, Xihu Tiandi, and Wushan Night Market. Also nearby are Former Residence of Sha Menghai and Westlake Yintai Shopping Mall.

Hotel Features.
Hyatt Regency Hangzhou has a full-service spa, an indoor pool, and a health club. Public areas are equipped with wireless Internet access (surcharges apply). This 4.5-star hotel features business amenities including a business center, small meeting rooms, and limo/town car service. Dining options at the hotel include 2 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café and a bar/lounge. The staff can provide wedding services, event catering, and tour assistance. Additional amenities include spa services, a steam room, and a sauna. Onsite parking is complimentary.
