"フォローばっちり"
最初チェックインしようとしたら、予約が取れていないとのことで、カウンターで1時間以上も待たされた。Hotels.comの中国国内窓口に問い合わせてもらい確認すること数十分、ようやく予約が確認されて、当初ひどい手続きでした。ただ、手違いをフォローしてくれるために、部屋をアップグレードしてくれたり、帰りのアウディの送迎高級車を手配してくれたり、フロントの責任者がお見送りしてくれたりと、結果とても満足できました。また、美味しい料理三食ぶんをホテルでいただき、満足。レイクビューの部屋に泊まって、ゆったりくつろげました。ちょっと、バスルームがかび臭いのが難点だったかな。総合評価としては4.7とか4.8くらいかな。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"西湖満喫"
中心から少々外れ、お買物には適さないロケーションですが、蘇堤に近く、十分西湖を楽しめました。ホテルとしてはシャングリラが杭州飯店から買い取ったのかと思われる雰囲気で、ベルボーイのユニフォームが清潔感を欠いていました。ホテルに到着して一番先に出会うのがベルボーイですので、ホテル選択を誤ったかとも思いましたが、その他はベッドのヘッドボードの汚れが頂けない位のところだったと思います。9月にバンコクのシャングリラ（こちらはクルンテップ棟でしたが）に滞在し、そちらと比較するとバンコクが勝ちます。ただ、シャングリラも高層ビルの傾向があるようですので、低層ホテルの癒しは感じることが出来ました。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
