"Good, not great. A solid choice for Western trvlrs"
This used to be my main hotel for travel in Shenzhen. However the rooms are starting to look a bit dated and dingy. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. Ask for a room in the other tower (not the tower attached to where they have check-in). Its a bit of a walk (all indoor) but worth it because rooms are a bit nicer. Food is decent. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Speak decent English. Nice lobby, very clean, fairly large and comfortable rooms. Only hitch was using the free wifi provided in the lobby area. "Getting decresed"
