The Heidelberg is everything we needed and wanted. The rooms are charming if modern and minimalistic. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff are very courteous and helpful. There's always somebody at the front desk. They serve breakfasts (breads, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc.) every day. I'll stay here next time I'm in Santiago, no question.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
