O hotel é excelente. Beleza, design, acomodações, limpeza. Tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado que não funcionou, em pleno verão. Pedimos algumas vezes para consertarem, e o problema não foi resolvido. Nem mesmo, uma tentativa de troca de quarto.
