"Very expensive for a dissapointing experience"
The air conditioning system was out of order. 4 times different people came to the room and did not solve the problem. At the end, recognized it was a major problem with the whole system. "Dreadful in an upscale neighborhood"
Do not trust the concierge of this Hotel. Made us four times for everything followed by apologies. Rooftop is very nice but 4 nights out of total five we stayed there, it was reserved for some function so pretty much no use for Hotel guests.Genuine Expedia guest review
