"Convenient to the airport"

We stayed 5 days here and were so glad we did. It's right on the Alameda bus terminal and just one ride from the airport on Turbus. The metro is just outside and central station a few blocks away. "Not a convenient Location"
The actual facility is fine if you want a nice clean bare bones accommodation However the neighborhood leave a lot to be desired. There is no restaurants close by so you must travel on subway down town if you want a good restaurant. The food in the hotel is not very good but is priced at a reasonable rate. "Great if using bus station or airport"
We had one of the renovated rooms it was basic but very clean and excellent. The hotel staff speaks English quite well and they're very helpful. The hotel is in the middle of an area that is not completely safe walking at night however there is a train station nearby which runs until about 11 PM. "A great alternative to an airport hotel"
I stopped here for one night before a flight from Santiago airport. The airport hotels were too expensive for me, but this hotel is reasonably priced and located next to a bus station where you can take a direct, quick and cheap bus to the airport. My room here was lovely, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great - a fantastic shower! Het hotel lag direct naast het busstation, hetgeen een lang zoeken naar een taxi bespaarde. Ook de beveiliging van het hotel viel duidelijk op. Ongenode gasten werden direct buiten gehouden. Gostei muito do hotel e do passeio. Como o hotel é muito próximo do metro fica fácil passear por Santiago, além das empresas de turismo buscarem no Hotel. Para ir nos Shoppings mais badalados Arauco por exemplo íamos de metro (25minutos) e depois pegavamos um táxi (3minutos). "Íbis - uma ótima relação custo x beneficio"
O atendimento foi nota 10, precisei alugar um carro e eles me mostraram 3 panfletos e depois ligaram para a empresa que escolhi. Ao sai do hotel disse que continuaria no Chile e que iria para outras cidades e eles me deram o cartão do Íbis com o nro do telefone e disse: "si precisa de algo, llamenos". Não sei o que poderiam me ajudar mas foi muito atencioso! Lá […] só da brasileiros e no café da manhã (alias, diga-se que é bem completo com leite, café, paes, ovos, sucos, cereais, frutas à vontade tudo por 12,00) só se ouve portugues e foi bom receber dicas dos que já estavam há mais tempo em Santiago. Fica quase dentro da estação de metro e do terminal de ônibus e de lá é fácil ir para qualquer lugar. Gostei de lá, o hotel é bacana e confortável, ótimo atendimento e eu recomendo! Só faço uma ressalva, não fica perto dos bares e restaurantes como é o caso da Providencia e Bela vista e o metro termina às 23h, logo se for sair ou volta cedo ou gasta com taxi para voltar, nos outros bairros vc pode voltar à pé tranqüilamente, enfim tem que pesar o que esta buscando. "hotel longe de tudo"
o hotel só serve para jovens e que não possuam medo de andar de metrô, pois ele fica longe do centro e dos locais turísticos, ao lado da rodoviária interestadual de santiago, mas ao lado da estação chamada Central, sem qualer restaurante por perto a não ser na própria rodoviária que fecha por volta das 22h.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
