The exterior of the Hotel was very understated...so we were pleasantly surprised by the well maintained modern sleek decor of the interior. Room was... modern, clean, with substantive sheets and towels, small refrigerator, flat screen TV, and free internet. We first had a room next to construction and were quickly changed to a room with a terrific view of the city. There was a seemingly infinity pool on the top floor with an excellent 360 degree view of impressive Santiago sitting below the Andes. Whirlpool and workout room was also available. Free breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, a variety of Chilean rolls, sweet pastries, fruits, cured meats besides the usual yogurt and cereal, Service was attentive and gracious. This hotel was within walking distance of Park Araucano and Mall Parque Arauco. The Metro was only two blocks away. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel immensely. It was a perfect place to stay with easy access to the Las Condes financial area. The only negative part of this stay was the lack of a business center, and being overcharged by the hotel taxi. We recommend you stand curb side flag a cab and save a bunch of cash.

Hotel was average. We were there on business so it was ok for our purpose. The reception staff were efficient but not friendly.They need to smile more. The door staff were very helpful and willing to help with taxi's and information on where to go. The breakfast staff were unfriendly - again no smiles or good morning unless prompted. Our room was a basic design with one wall of glass overlooking the suburb. It was clean and well situated in the las condes suburb. The buffet breakfast catered more to the South American appetite then the Australian but was substantial and the staff were very dutiful and willing to please. There is free wifi and an adequate exercise room. The pool […] which is situated on the 12th floor was not heated so could not take advantage of the water or the lovely views. There was no ironing board and iron and no coffee/tea making facility but if requested they were made available. Read more

Sauberes, angenehmes Hotel. Hilfsbereites Personal. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert! Probleme gab es einzig mit dem Internetzugang.

Llegué al hotel y no estaba el cuarto que solicité y me asignaron uno con dos camas en vez de un cuarto con cama king como estaba pedido pese a que hice el check-in casi un día después. La habitación no fue limpiada ese día por lo que me toco utilizar toallas sucias y mi cama estaba deshecha.
