It was ok. Not all that for the money they charged. Then on top of it, they charged me 1 dollar for a local call to a toll free number for the airport transportation they actually arraged from the hotel. Finally, all the amenities including the refrigerator were locked. ALL AROUND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE FITNESS CENTER. IT REQUIRED THAT YOU CROSS A COURTYARD INTO A SEPARATE BUILDING. IT HAD ONE TREADMILL, ONE BIKE, ONE STAIRMASTER (WHICH WASN'T WORKING WELL) AND ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT WITH WEIGHTS (WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE.) vERY PLEASANT STAY. O hotel agrada bem. O café da manhã não é uma maravilha, mas tem o necessário e um pouco mais. Falta ter internet livre para os hospedes. Com Ipad fiquei sem acesso. Contudo, o hotel possui dois computadores de utilização livre, na recepção. O hotel é limpo e o quarto também. O quarto tinha uma sala/cozinha, com fogão elétrico, frigobar e micro-ondas. […] O quarto bom, com TV. O banheiro é bom, possuindo banheira. A localização agrada muito. Muito perto do Costanera Mall, da Rua Isiadora Goyenechea (onde há vários e restaurantes) e da Estação de Metrô Tobalaba.
