"Decent hotel"
Best thing about the hotel is breakfast. Very good customer service but rooms need huge improvements. Deco is old and outdated, and they lack iphone docks which for me is a must for any 3+ stars property. Location is excellent with many dinning options around. "No so good for me"

"buen hotel, pésimo servicio"
Lamento muchísimo la mala atención ofrecida en este hotel. Desde mi llegada me tuvieron esperando para entregarme la habitación recién a las15 hs para luego darme las llaves de una en la que había huéspedes !!!. Nunca me avisaron que el desayuno tenía un costo extra (no está incluido en la tarifa y tampoco el wifi ) sino que además me lo cobraron casi […] 50u$!!! El colmo fue la cara del conserje porque consideró que la propina que dejé luego de ese gasto fue insuficiente. Nunca me brindaron información útil. Me ofrecieron un taxi al aeropuerto por 22000 pesos cuando me tomé uno por mi cuenta por 14000. En definitiva una ciudad hermosa a la que seguramente volveré, pero jamás a ese hotel. "bueno , pero no lo suficiente"
El hotel tiene un buen servicio, sin embargo en el ultimo dia me di cuenta que el taxista que trabajaba para el hotel me cobraba el doble de lo que generalmente se cobra con los taxis tambien Identificados de color negro con techo amarillo solo el llamado es a cotizar me cobraron 10000 de ida y 10000 de vuelta hasta movicenter aprox 10 ò 12 kilometros […] desde el hotel y 9000 hasta fantasilandia solo de ida al aeropuerto 24000 y cuando me fui en el otro taxi de color negro con amarillo me cobro 15000 por el mismo servicio Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Four points- muito custo, poucos benefícios"
Esperava mais do hotel pelo custo da sua diária. Café da manhã tem sempre as mesmas opções, recepção nem sempre disposta a lhe atender, banheiro c banheira antiga, péssimo p banho de chuveiro. nem todo dia limpam seu quarto, apenas fazem a cama. Ar condicionado não funciona bem. Travesseiros ruins. Isto é, a única coisa boa é a localização!!! Qdo chegamos […] não nos explicaram nada sobre o funcionamento e horários do hotel. não gostei!!!
