Good hotel for couples, families. Good swimming pool, but no beach due to tides. Not a big choice of dishes in the 2 restarants inside the hotel. Not recommended for those who seeks for fun. For fun- go to Patong.

This is a great 5 star "hotel". It is actually all individual villas. Very beautiful. There isn't much nearby the hotel in walking distance, but they provide daily shuttles. They do a daily boat trip to coral island, which was great, and everything is included! I really loved our stay here. It was so relaxing & quiet with a great view of the islands across the bay. We booked an ocean front villa as part of our honeymoon & got upgraded to an ocean front with a private pool. It was wonderful ! The grounds are lush & landscaped & we hardly ever heard our neighbors, even from outside. It is more green & pretty […] than super fancy with gold trim and such. It is not very close to a major town, but that's what makes it relaxing. They do run 2 shuttles a day (free) to Patong & to a big mall if u want. But if you are only there a few days, the restaraunt by the pool was very good with Thy dishes running $7-8 & great cocktails only $3 at happy hour! The only thing you should know is that at low tide the water goes out & it turns into a marsh for a few hours, but I thought it was kind of cool (& we are more pool than ocean people anyway). And at high tide I swam in the ocean no problem. Staff was very friendly & the breakfast was fantastic. We split our stay, half here & half in a big high rise resort near Patong, and I just loved it. 3 or 4 days here at the end of our Asia trip was heaven! Read more

When we arrived they shared with us that is they would be willing to wait a few extra hours that they were going to upgrade our room to a beach front villa with our own pool! The hotel is located quite a ways from the airport. An hour drive. Even the beaches that are popular are somewhat far and tough to reach. However this is countered by the semi-regular free shuttles as well a the fact that the hotel provides its own activities and is quite a pleasure to stay at. Overall a fantastic villa style resort hotel situated the most southern point of Phuket island in Rawai. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff throughout -gardeners and securiy included! Although the beach is not ideal for swimming the hotel offers a FREE DAILY shuttle bus service to Patong & Nai Harn beaches also one into Phuket town for souvenir shopping […] & (the highlight for me) a daily short bus ride with 15min boat ride to coral island-visible from hotel beach. Ideal snorkelling area! Breakfast is included, buffet style, with a wide range of foods available unlimited. The same area is the main restaurant with a varied menu-an a\c area is also available. A 2nd restaurant is available 5nights serving Thai favourites however, we felt it was a bit pricey for the quality but the staff made it an enjoyable experience. The V Spa offers a wide range of treatments at regular spa prices-we loved our experience and are aware that street massages are a fraction of the cost!! Cleanliness, solitude &great products mean more to me! If I have anything negative but constructive it is:- - a 3km walk down a busy road to experience local restaurants (taxis are available and there are some bars a v. I was very disappointed when I found two silice of seafood pizza floating in our swimming pool. I was disgusting. I did not complain cuz we only stay less then 48 hours but hope they clean them next day which they did not. Also our room 53 was located by the hillside and seem like there were land slide. So 5 or more wokers were right front of our room […] since early morning and it was noisy and no privacy at all. However, view from our room was stunning and resort it self was in good condition. The rooms look exactly like the photos on expedia and the staff were so lovely, they were always smiling and happy to see you and actually had personality but their customer service and earnest work ethic put every other 5 star resort we've ever stayed at to shame. They're […] great with kids too. You never ever got the sense the staff were on a daily grind and they gave us some great tips on where to eat out and how much we should be paying for taxi's etc.. What's more, it's in a part of Phuket that is quiet and secluded. You can get to Patong and do all that if you want, or you could have the staff organise trips and activities for you and you'd never know you were on an island famous for its partying. My wife and I booked the Vijitt in Rawai for the first week of our honeymoon in Thailand. We booked an ocean front villa, which was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in paradise. The front desk emloyees helped us very much throughout our stay, with bookings of outings and other requests. The resort is totally peaceful, […] with the infinity pool, and spa services. Although there are 95 or so villas available, the resort never felt busy. The pool was absolutely wonderful !! It is an enormous infinity pool, with several other wading levels above it. The pool is probably 50 meters long, by 20 meters wide, with black tiles and black granite. We enjoyed dipping in the pool when the sun got too hot for lounging. We ate at both restaurants offered at the resort. The Baan Vijitt is the original families home, offering authentic Thai food in or outdoors around the koy pond overlooking the ocean. The Savoury is the main restaurant, where both Thai and international cuisine is served all day long, along with the great breakfast buffet. We befriended servers named Tham and Keng at The Savoury and enjoyed interacting with them every day. The resort offers several day trips to local malls, and beaches, which was an added bonus. This was the best hotel stay we've ever experienced and I will recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet romantic place to stay in Phuket. Hotel staff at reception desk was not nice to talk to, when we asked for information about horse riding and boat tour, a reply was given upon a question, the staff has not been proactively giving full details of the activity, no explanation and no options, overall the attitude was cool and impatient. 全般的に良かった。 ホテルの周りは娯楽などは何も無いので、目的がリゾートホテルでゆっくりするのであれば問題なし。夜遊びや外でも遊びたい方には不向きです。 また、ホテルが無料で片道３０～４０分の送り迎えをしてくれて色々と世話をしてくれる離れ島へのツアーは是非参加した方が良いです。プライベートビーチに近い雰囲気でした。 残念なのはダウンタウンやパトンビーチへの交通手段があまり無いことです。

全てのお部屋がヴィラタイプで、施設そのものは良かったのですが、色々な点においてスタッフの数の足りなさと経費削減しているであろうケチケチした印象のホテルでした。 ５つ星ホテルのアジアンリゾートでこのホテル程、優雅な気分になれないホテルは初めてです。 朝食は、かなりシャビーです。内容が毎日同じで品数も少なく、南国なのにフルーツの種類も驚く程少なかったです。おまけにスタッフの数が足りなくて、席に案内されることも、コーヒーがいるかどうか聞きにきてくれることもありませんでした。 夕食はもっとひどく、オーダーしてから催促しても40分以上かかって飲み物が届けられる始末。食事も同じように時間がかかりました。これもスタッフの数が明らかに足りないせいだと思われます。 また、プールサイドやビーチにいるスタッフも私 […] が見た限りでは１人でした。当然、こちらからわざわざ呼びに行って、タオルをもらったり、飲み物のオーダーをしなければなりませんでした。 お部屋のアメニティは、到着日だけは良いものが置いてありましたが、翌日からはシャビーなものに変えてありました。アメニティーはシャンプーと石鹸のみで、はぶらしなどはありません。 以上のように、５つ星ホテルとは程遠いホテルでした。 スタッフの対応もあまり良くなかったのですが、それは人それぞれ感じ方が違うことなので、明記せず、具体的な様子のみ明記させていただきました。 ホテルをお選びになる際に、みなさまの参考になればと思っております。 Read more

オーシャンビューのヴィラに4泊しました。他にも５つ星のホテルに滞在したことがありますが、そこと比較すると、ランクはかなり低いと感じました。 ロケーションは、島の南西にあり、施設内は静かで、庭の手入れなどもとても行き届いており、きれいにされておりました。施設自体をみると、5つ星に匹敵すると思いますが、サービスは5つ星とは言いがたいものがありました。 まず朝食ですが、レストランについても、出迎えるスタッフもおらず、挨拶もありません。朝食のビュッフェですが、品数が少なく、毎日ほとんど同じ内容。温かい食事のサービス（例えば、オムレツ、クレープ、麺類など）もカウンターに人もいない状況で、そういったサービスがあるのかないのかも分かりません。コーヒーや紅茶も、こちらからいちいちスタッフを見つけて声をかけな […] いと、持ってきてくれません。また、持ってきても、無言でテーブルに置いていくというありさま。もちろん、レストランを出るときも、スタッフと声を交わすことなく、無言で出て行きます。 部屋は清潔で、ちゃんとクリーニングされていますが、アメニティーがなくなっても補充もされていませんでした。 フロントに電話をすると、英語が分からないスタッフが出て、何人ものスタッフに電話がたらいまわしにされました。 タクシーをお願いしたら、ホテル専属のタクシーを用意してくれましたが、雇われ運転手のようで、行き先のレストランを伝えると、「そこはおいしくないので、もっとおいしいお店を紹介する」といわれ、連れて行ったもらった場所は、大型観光バスなどで、観光客のみが訪れる大きなレストランで、料金も高い場所。 部屋でのんびり、ゆっくりというバケーションには最適の施設だと思いますが、サービスはあまり期待できないと思います。 今回はオフシーズンで、宿泊客はとても少ない時期でした。宿泊客のほとんどが、ペアルックの韓国からの新婚カップルでした。個人的には、リピートはないです。 Read more
