"Our Stay at the Ramada Encore in Carouge"
We enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was more quiet than we expected given it location on first floor. Hotel was easy to get to via tram and bus routes. Located next to large shopping mall, which was handy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent hotel, inside a mall"
Was one of the better hotels we stayed in. At least it had air conditioning, though not very strong. A little difficult to find as it is inside a mall next to an arena, but once you get the layout, its very easy to take the bus right in front into town. Also free WiFi was a plus. "4 nights honeymoon stay in Ramada Encore Geneva"
The hotel was clean and the room included all the basic needs with tea kettle and air-condition. Hotel is not situated near the city center but we got transport cards for free and it was easy and fast to take tram or bus from the hotel. In the same building with the hotel is a mall which was a very good thing.
