Rather new rooms, but nothing fancy. We stayed here because of meeting at the attached convention center. The front desk staff were all excellent and... helpful. The hotel is attached to a mall with Coop grocery store and food court, so this is very convenient. We were given free public transportation cards for Zone 10, which is apparently now standard for all Geneva hotels. This meant we could take the bus and tram to downtown which was about a 20-30 minute excursion each way. I was pleasantly surprised that the city tax was a third of what Expedia said it would be when we made our reservations. While the hotel rate was fair, if we came to Geneva again we'd probably stay a bit farther from the center to get a better rate and also try to stay in a prettier neighborhood.
