This small and charming hotel is right at the very edge to Old Town. Our room was newly redone and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful as well. We enjoyed it so much that we ate both evening meals here as well. The hotel features local specialities and everything we had was very tasty.l

Room was clean, but tiny. Single pane window meant that you can clearly hear the noise in the restaurant below. I woke to the running water in the fountain. Curtains are for privacy so you'll be awake early. Great location in historic area, but noisy with shared toilet (one per floor)

This hotel was very clean, spacious, quiet and central to everything and a 10 minute walk to the railway station, We had a very comfortable stay. However I think the reception staff could do with more professional training in their job, customer service and politeness.

The hotel and its staff were OK for the price but the problem was the noise. Drunks outside were making a noise until the early hours of the morning. Until they can deal with this, I would avoid the place.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was good with in room internet. Walk to/from train was fine in good weather, but maybe a little too long in extreme weather. The Hotel is located in the old city, and is a 15 minute walk with bags from the train station. There are numerous pubs close by. Staff is very friendly. Be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs - there is no elevator. The bed was very comfortable. The attached restaurant is clearly popular with the locals.

Hotel is located in the old quarter of town, a ten minute walk from the train station. Room condition was basic and tidy but a bit tired. Rooms that front the main square can be subject to the noise of drinkers in the bar below until just past midnight. Breakfast was okay and planty of it. In summary a budget hotel in just satisfactory condition.

I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel. I was allocated a room on the fourth floor with no lift and my bad back giving me great pain to struggle up the stairs. The only window in the room was 8 foot above the ground with NO VIEW. Being in Switzerland with lovely views all around this was doubly disappointing. We were pleased with our stay at Hotel Franziskaner, check in was smooth, staff were polite and location was great. The breakfast however, was limited and there was no lift to take us to our room on the top (4th) floor. Certainly nothing special, but not bad for the price.

Helt grei "hotell", jeg ville sagt pensjonat tilknyttet til en hyggelig restaurant. Typisk Sveistisk omgivelse og midt i blinken hvis man skal oppleve mennesker og fine gamle byggninger. Fire etasjer uten heis og måtte bære våre egne, tunge kofferter, men fikk tilbud om hjelp. hotel bien ubicado. Recomiendo solo para una noche, no para una estancia prolongada. Las paredes son de papel y el piso parece que tambien, te da la sensacion que te caes y que todos escuchan lo que pasa en la habitacion. Todo estuvo correcto, limpieza, reserva, desayuno (completo). El personal amable, pero solo una persona habla inglés,mmm.

Habe eine Nacht in einem ganz kleinen, sympathischen Zimmer verbracht, mit viel Altstadtcharme. Vielleicht muss man sich bewusst sein, dass es ein einfaches Hotel ist, aber es ist dafür auch sehr preisgünstig. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und ich werde mich wieder dort anmelden, wenn ich wieder einmal in Chur übernachten muss.

スイス１日目の宿。チューリッヒからたどり着いた素敵な街でした。街は、山間の中の 素敵なたたずまいの街でした。が、ホテルに入っても、誰も対応しません。すぐ傍にいた女性に、声をかけたところ、まず無視されました。もう一度訪ねたところ顔だけで、「あっち側へ行け」と云う態度。温厚な主人ですが、かなり気分を害していました。全く従業員の教育がなっていません。折角の楽しい気分が半減。 さらに下の方は、レストラン・パブになっていて、夜中までかなりうるさいでした。 山間の静かな町で、夜中まで酔っ払いの声。 出来ればもう泊まりたくないですね。外観などは素敵なのですが・・・ 街は素敵です。出来ればぜひ立ち寄ってほしい街です。

Vom Hotel aus lässt sich Chur bestens zu Fuss erobern, dafür ist es Abends/Nachts sehr laut wegen der zahlreichen Beizen in der Nachbarschaft. Die Abwicklung lief schnell und problemlos,insgesamt ein ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

チェックイン当日応対してくれた若い女性は、客の応対がなっていない。レストランもこの女性がやっているのだが、食事の時も不親切で、極めて不愉快だった。そのため最悪のホテルと評価していたが、翌日の朝、この女性に日本語で文句を言って帰ってこようと思ったら、別の若い女性に変わっていた。この女性は愛想がよかったので、評価はかなり改善した。対応さえよければ、値段は安いし、場所もいいところにあるお勧めホテルだったのだが。

Ein schönes kleines Hotel inmitten am Rande der historischen Altstadt von Chur. Der Zimmerkomfort ist einfach, jedoch für 150,-Sfr/Nacht das Doppelzimmer mit Dusche/WC ein gerechtfertigter Preis. Unser Zimmer war im Nebngebäude, was kein Problem darstellte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach aber o.k. Die Bedienung am Check-in war unfreundlich und kurz […] angebunden. Als am Abend die gleiche Bedienung im Restaurant war, haben wir woanders zu Nacht gegessen. Prettig hotel. Een klein minpuntje was dat bij het tweede verblijf van 2 op 4 oktober de kamer buiten het eigenlijke hotel lag. Door het mooie weer was dat geen bezwaar. Een ander minpunt was dat wij tijdens het eerste verblijf - 27 op 29 september -drie trappen op moesten lopen om bij de kamer te komen. Enkelt, ganska billigt, hotell som ligger mitt i stan. Vad man kan tänka på är att hotellet ligger på ett gångstråk så man får parkera en bit ifrån och promenera sista biten, ca 500m.

Da wir vorher in 2 anderen Hotels übernachtet haben in fast derselben Preiskategorie muss ich sagen dass Hotel ist eine Zumutung.Das Zimmer war so klein, die 2Person konnte fast nicht am Bettende vorbeigehn um ins Bett zu gelangen. Es war arger Lärm bis 2h30 in der Früh vor dem Hotel, und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, (vorallem der […] Kaffee).
