Hotel Bristol is just like many others have said: a basic hotel but a great value. It is very close to the train station and convenient to the restaurant and shopping districts. The hotel is not fancy, but is clean, well-equipped, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. THIS IS A VERY MODERN FURNISHED HOTEL BUT NONDESCRIPT FROM THE OUTSIDE. THAT SAID THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE OUR STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT. DANIEL AND MONICA WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE HOTELS LOCATION TO OLD TOWN, SHOPPING AREA'S AND THE LAKE CRUISE NEGATED THE NEED FOR BUS OR OTHER TRAVEL MODES TO GET AROUND.

I thought the hotel was very clean but was disappointed with the size of the room. In the photo on the website the double room looked alot bigger than it was. It was the size of a very small bedroom. Hotel was clean, breakfast was small but adequate, no wireless internet, however they offered to provide a cable and there were computers available in the lobby. Close to train station, 10 minute brisk walk.

A basic and small room, but very clean and comfortable. It's quite pricey for what you get, but that's typical of most hotels in the area. The location was optimal - within a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Bahnhofstrasse (main street). Our room faced the back street and was a bit noisy, but nothing intolerable. The breakfast […] was ample and excellent - lots of fresh foods and good coffee. As with many European hotels, you are expected to leave your key with the front desk when you leave the hotel. Unfortunately, retrieving your key in the evening was a bit of a hassle as the front desk was typically unmanned and no one answered the call bell or the service phone for sometimes up to 10 minutes. This was the biggest complaint we had with the hotel. It was frustrating to have to wait in the lobby for such a long time before someone would show up to give us our room key and it seemed pointless to have a call bell that no one answered. However, the inconvenience was minor and it certainly wouldn't prevent us from staying there again. Read more

O Hotel e excelente. Localizado perto da estacao central, do aeroporto levamos 10 minutos para ir de trem ate a estacao e mais 7 minutos caminhando para chegar ao hotel da estacao central. O cafe da manha muito bom, e quarto tambem muito bom.

처음에 호텔 찾는데 조금 헤맸어요. 알고 나면 역에서 가깝고 좋은데 처음 찾아가는 길이라 복잡하더라구요. 가시기 전에 구글이나 다른 지도 이용해서 숙지하고 가세요. 스텝분들도 친절하고 아침식사도 맛있고 혹시나 해서 보온병에 따뜻한 물좀 받아가도 되냐고 물었더니 친절하게 도와주시더라구요. 그리고 로비에 항상 사과가 비치되어 있어 왔다갔다 하면서 정말 많이 먹었어요ㅋㅋ 호텔도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 취리히에 가면 꼭 다시 이용할꺼예요. 정말 만족합니다.
