The hotel was lovely, contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very friendly and always helpful. The free mobility ticket is brilliant,... even if probably no one pays for trams it was a weight off our minds. With a supermarket, bakery and tram lines just round the corner its perfectly located just outside the noise of the inner city, but still within 5 mins of the centre. The room was beautiful and well cleaned, comfy bed and plentiful kitchen utensils. Don't have anything bad to say about this place. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 22, 2012

This hotel was very well kept and was in a good location with ease of access to the main city centre via trams. All transport was free also when staying in a hotel in Basel which was nice. The room had all amenities needed such as oven/grille, dishwasher, fridge and hot tops. If I had one complaint it would be the main concierge. He was rude and made […] little attempt to be welcoming. He offer no help with regards the run of the city (transport, shops, sights, etc.) and responded as if we were asking a stupid question when we asked directions (even though we had never been in Basel before). Studio'et var praktisk indrettet, moderne og rent. God lydisolering, så man ikke hører de andre gæster og venligt serviceminded personale. Kan absolut anbefales. Ligger 10 minutters gang fra Rhinen(Mittlere Bruck), og 2 minutter fra Trams. God aflåst parkerings kælder.

Ich und meine Freundin, wir sind richtig froh nach der Visite in Adadio Basel Aparthotel. Das Hotel ist in richtig guten Still ausgerüstet. Die Innenarchitektur hinterlasst großes Eindruck. Alles ist super funktional aber mit guten Geschmack geplant. Farben und klein Art macht spezifische Atmosphäre des Platzes. Der Rezeptionist war hilfreich und höflich, […] obwohl wir schon spät nach Mitternacht angereist sind. Bevor in der Schlaf zu gehen können wir noch Tee (Selbstbedingung) in der Hotel Restaturant / Kantine trinken und unsere Geschäfte via Internet beschließen (WLAN kostenlos in Kantine, gebührenpflichtig im Zimmer). Unsere Studio (mit Küche, wo man alle nötige Geschirr und Geräte finden kann) hat uns richtig positiv überrascht. Eine große Schrankbett war so gut versteckt, dass wir nie glauben würden, man kann es im mittelgroße Zimmer finden. Funktionalität über alles in Küche, Tag-/Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer.
